New refrigerated receiving docks maintain product temperature assuring health safety and product freshness along with multiple coolers and freezers each set at different temperatures, matching each food with its optimum temperature. The state-of-the-art Refrigeration Control Center is computer controlled, monitoring the system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for temperature and humidity fluctuations, assuring product quality. RightWay Food Service's fleet of refrigerated delivery trucks is further assurance of the freshest produce and food products available in the area.
